Accordingly, placing an order for a product on the Site implies the Customer’s full and unreserved consent to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which represent and warrant having read and understood them. To this end, Kids don’t Care invites the Customer to carefully read the contractual provisions of the General Conditions of Sale. The Customer can read it before confirming his order.

The Site allows the Customer, by clicking on each of the products, to have a detailed description for all the products offered for sale by Kids don’t Care. Each Product Sheet is written from the information provided by the manufacturer or supplier of the Product, and presents, in French and English, the essential characteristics of the Product selected in accordance with Article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code. This information is intended, without being exhaustive, to inform the Customer as fully as possible about the essential characteristics of the Products. No cancellation penalty will be applied for such order cancellation. No compensation for cancellation (apart from the full reimbursement of the Order) may also be requested, such unavailability resulting from the delay in updating these unavailabilities.
However, if only part of the products ordered by the Customer is unavailable, the Customer will not be refunded the delivery costs paid for the products available and delivered. This option of Kids don’t Care does not prevent the Customer from exercising his right of withdrawal according to the terms described in Article 7 of the General Conditions of Sale.
The Customer may also request to be informed of the return to stock of unavailable products. To do this, the Customer must register his email for this purpose. Kids don’t Care then sends him an email, within approximately 48 hours (working days), and indicates a date of availability of the product. Similarly, if one or more taxes or contributions, particularly environmental, were to be created or modified, up or down, this change may be reflected in the sale price of items on the kidsdontcare.fr website.

Kids don't Care implements all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of data transmitted online.
To this end, Kids don't Care entrusts the security of its transactions to the service provider SHOPIFY PAYMENTS, which uses a secure method of payment: 3D Secure.
3D Secure is an additional layer of security for online credit card transactions. It adds a step of authenticating the person attempting to make an online payment by redirecting the user to the card issuer's domain and then returning to the online store's domain to complete the payment.
The system is activated at the time of the first purchase on the site. The operation is therefore carried out in 2 steps, as soon as the words "Verified by Visa", "Visa Secure" and "MasterCard Secure Code" are displayed:
- The user enters his card number, his visual cryptogram and his validity date.
- After this step, a new window opens, which refers to the site of the Customer's banking institution. The latter will then set up a procedure of its own to confirm the Customer's identity, most of the time it involves sending a single-use code by SMS. Some banking establishments proceed for their part with a question relating to personal information.
The transaction is immediately debited from the Customer's bank card after verification of the data by SHOPIFY PAYMENTS, and subject to receipt of the debit authorization from the Customer's bank.
The customer can find the T&Cs of SHOPIFY PAYMENTS here: www.shopify.com/legal/terms-payments-us
In addition, the website www.kidsdontcare.fr has an online payment security system allowing the consumer to encrypt the transmission of his bank details via the electronic payment server of the secure payment platform. At no time will the Customer's bank details pass through the Kids don't Care computer system.

The order will only be validated after receipt and verification by our departments of the documents sent. If these documents are not received within 15 days of placing the order, the latter shall be deemed automatically cancelled.
The company Kids Don't Care reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in case of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card from the officially accredited organizations or in case of non-payment. Kids Don't Care reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a Customer who has not paid in full or only partially a previous order or with which a payment dispute is pending administrative.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete personal data processed by Kids don't Care.
As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to the customer's Order may be transmitted to any third party, authorized by law or designated by Kids don't Care for the sole purpose of verifying the customer's identity, the validity of the Order, the method of payment used and the intended delivery.
The purchase order that the Customer establishes online or the order confirmation sent by e-mail to the Customer by Kids don't Care does not act as an invoice. The Customer has the original invoice in his online account. Kids don't Care keeps an electronic copy of each invoice. In the case of delivery to an address different from the billing address, the invoice is, in any case, only available in the online order tracking of the Customer's account.
