Once the Customer validates his order, he accepts all of the General Conditions of Sale (GTC).

Means of payment

The website accepts the following payments:
- Bank card (CB, Visa or Mastercard) via the Shopify Payments secure payment platform
- Apple Pay
- PayPal

In order to ensure the security of payment by bank card, the Customer must send Kids don't Care the visual cryptogram (CVV) appearing on the back of the bank card used by the Buyer.

All Orders are payable in euros, including all taxes and mandatory contributions. Any bank charges remain the responsibility of the Buyer (including in the case of a refund).

The Kids don't Care Company informs the Customer that it has no access to any confidential information relating to the means of payment used by the latter, even if the Customer chooses to save his payment data on the payment module of the Website.

The Customer guarantees to the company Kids don't Care that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the order form. The debit of purchases on the customer’s account is made at the time of processing the order.

Secure payment

Kids don't Care implements all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of data transmitted online.

To this end, Kids don't Care entrusts the security of its transactions to the service provider SHOPIFY PAYMENTS, which uses a secure method of payment: 3D Secure.

3D Secure is an additional layer of security for online credit card transactions. It adds a step of authenticating the person attempting to make an online payment by redirecting the user to the card issuer's domain and then returning to the online store's domain to complete the payment.

The system is activated at the time of the first purchase on the site. The operation is therefore carried out in 2 steps, as soon as the words "Verified by Visa", "Visa Secure" and "MasterCard Secure Code" are displayed:
- The user enters his card number, his visual cryptogram and his validity date.
- After this step, a new window opens, which refers to the site of the Customer's banking institution. The latter will then set up a procedure of its own to confirm the Customer's identity, most of the time it involves sending a single-use code by SMS. Some banking establishments proceed for their part with a question relating to personal information.

The transaction is immediately debited from the Customer's bank card after verification of the data by SHOPIFY PAYMENTS, and subject to receipt of the debit authorization from the Customer's bank.

The customer can find the T&Cs of SHOPIFY PAYMENTS here:

In addition, the website has an online payment security system allowing the consumer to encrypt the transmission of his bank details via the electronic payment server of the secure payment platform. At no time will the Customer's bank details pass through the Kids don't Care computer system.

Payments verification

As part of an order verification procedure intended to ensure that no one uses the bank details of another person without their knowledge, Kids don't Care reserves the right to request certain useful documents from the validation of an order and in particular a proof of residence in your name, or in the name of the person indicated for the delivery address, a photocopy of the identity card and/or if necessary of the bank card (front only) of the customer for any payment by credit card and/or any information relating to the identity of the Customer.
The order will only be validated after receipt and verification by our departments of the documents sent. If these documents are not received within 15 days of placing the order, the latter shall be deemed automatically cancelled.

The company Kids Don't Care reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in case of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card from the officially accredited organizations or in case of non-payment. Kids Don't Care reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a Customer who has not paid in full or only partially a previous order or with which a payment dispute is pending administrative.

The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete personal data processed by Kids don't Care.

As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to the customer's Order may be transmitted to any third party, authorized by law or designated by Kids don't Care for the sole purpose of verifying the customer's identity, the validity of the Order, the method of payment used and the intended delivery.

The purchase order that the Customer establishes online or the order confirmation sent by e-mail to the Customer by Kids don't Care does not act as an invoice. The Customer has the original invoice in his online account.  Kids don't Care keeps an electronic copy of each invoice. In the case of delivery to an address different from the billing address, the invoice is, in any case, only available in the online order tracking of the Customer's account.

Transfer of ownership

Kids don't Care remains the owner of the Products delivered until full payment by the Customer. The above provisions do not prevent, upon delivery of the Products, the transfer to the Customer of the risks of loss or deterioration of the Products subject to retention of title as well as the damage they may cause.
