2. WHAT DATA ARE COLLECTED?

Within the framework of the Website, the persons concerned are the Internet users visiting this website and customers who buy products on the Site.

5. HOW LONG DO THIS DATA LAST?

In accordance with the legislation and regulations in force, the personal data collected and listed as set out in article 2 above are kept by the company Kids don't Care and its possible subcontractors for periods not exceeding the duration strictly necessary for the purposes pursued above and this duration varies depending on the purpose of the processing.

Data from your customer account

Personal data is kept for 5 years from the end of relationship with the Site. The deadline starts from either the last order, or the last connection to your customer account, or the last call to customer service, or sending an email to customer service, or clicking on a hyperlink from an email sent by Kids don’t Care, or the placing of products in the cart without concretization of the purchase. At the end of these 5 years, an email will be sent asking if the customer wishes to continue receiving commercial prospecting. In case of non-response or negative response, the customer’s data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

Purchase data

Retention of billing data until the end of the corresponding accounting period and the legal retention period (10 years).

Payment data

Retention of your payment details until payment has been certified and the completion of the relevant administrative and accounting formalities concerning your right of withdrawal and the conditions applied to contest the payment.

Subscription to advertising communications

Retention of your data for this purpose until the end of the service or until you cancel your subscription to the service which can be done at any time (by clicking on the link  “unsubscribe” at the end of our newsletters).

At the end of this retention period, your data will be permanently deleted or irreversibly made anonymous.
